Wet Planet is looking for Baristas and Retail Associates to join our Base Team!

In many ways, our Base Support Team is the beating heart of Wet Planet. The Wet Planet "Base", located along the White Salmon River, is where the day’s adventure begins and ends for most of our guests; where they are greeted in a great ambiance and with the stellar guest service provided by our Base Team, and where the sounds of laughter ring through the building as they view their photos after the trip.

Our team members take pride in providing great guest service, greeting everyone with a smile when they arrive to check-in for their whitewater rafting trip or kayaking course, where they grab an espresso drink and bite to eat, or browse our store for a cool shirt to remember their day out on the river with us. While guests are out on the river, the base team members enjoy the variety of responsibilities ranging from poring the perfect espresso drink for visitors, to preparing lunches for our river trips, organizing our store merchandise, taking photos on the river, or driving shuttles. It’s a fun, dynamic, often fast-paced environment - there’s never a dull moment at the Wet Planet Base!

This is a great entry-level position for anyone who wants to work in the Outdoor Industry. You’ll enjoy working with an exceptionally fun group of people with a passion for the outdoors, and have ample opportunity to get out on the river and learn to kayak or raft!

Wet Planet

Each year, many of our guests and team members return to enjoy the abundance of beautiful rivers we raft and kayak in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Our headquarters are located along the banks of the White Salmon River in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, surrounded by a whitewater paradise and an incredible community of boaters. It's the perfect location for raft guides and kayakers to work and play in the Pacific Northwest.
